LM 3-bed 50s House Renovation – Ayios Andreas 2015
This 50’s house in Ayios Andreas had a priviledged location but was in a bad condition. The house had to be completely re-designed internally as well as externally. We wanted to keep the charachetr of the neighbourhood thus the selection of traditional tiles, solid wood floors, window and door design but translated into today’s needs and materials.
SG 4-bed 80s House Renovation – Acropolis 2010
80s house renovation in Nicosia. We gave the house a facade facelift adding new modern materials like HPL and glass, added many lighting details that transform the house into a new modern building. The internal spaces were kept intact but all materials, furnishings and ceilings were designed and done from the beginning. Kitchen, bathrooms, sitting areas, dining area as well as outdoor spaces were carefully designed to meet up to today’s standards and needs.
